On November 13-14, 2024, the technical scheme review and key system component FAI meeting for the Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan project "Research on Key Technologies of Online Rapid Milling and Grinding of Urban Rail Transit" organized by Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of TsingInst Railway Technology Co., Ltd.
Experts from the National Engineering Research Center for Urban Rail Transit System Safety and Operation and Maintenance Guarantee of CRRC Research Institute (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., the Rolling Stock Research Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Post and Telecommunications Equipment Co., Ltd., and Central South University were invited to form a review team at the meeting. At the same time, key personnel from Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., TsingInst Railway Technology Co., Ltd. and other projects participated in this review meeting.
The experts of the review team listened to the report of the project team on the overall implementation plan and reviewed the documents and materials provided on site. They unanimously agreed that the stage research results of the project meet the technical indicators requirements of the relevant stages in the project task book, and agreed that the plan passed the review.
During the evaluation process, the experts of the evaluation team and leaders of Guangzhou Metro Group visited the manufacturing center of Linqing Yanrui (Luoyang) Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd. to observe the on-site operation of the equipment - FGM500B rail milling and grinding vehicle, which is the basis of the project.
The successful convening of the technical review meeting for this project has laid a solid foundation for the further development and application of rail milling and grinding technology. In the future, the key technology of online rapid milling and grinding of urban rail transit will play a more important role in the intelligent operation and maintenance of rail transit, ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of rail transit.
