The successful completion of this acceptance not only affirms the product’s performance but also serves as high recognition of TRT’s project execution capabilities. According to feedback from the MTR team, they expressed great appreciation for the company’s ability to complete the entire workflow - from design liaison, product drawing, and manufacturing to FAT acceptance - in just over three months. “The efficiency and quality consistency exceeded our expectations,” said the MTR acceptance representative. “The final delivered product perfectly aligns with the needs of our actual application scenarios. This is exactly the professional equipment we were looking for.”
Behind this “Qingyan Speed” lies the culmination of years of technological expertise and project management experience accumulated by TRT in the field of intelligent rail transit equipment. From requirements alignment to solution implementation, the R&D team maintained high-frequency, high-precision technical communication with the MTR team, ensuring that every link precisely met MTR’s stringent technical standards and operational requirements.

The long rail replacement trolley that passed acceptance this time is an innovative piece of equipment independently developed by TRT for long rail replacement operations in urban rail transit and mainline railways.
With “lightweight, flexible, and fully functional” as its core design philosophy, this equipment breaks through the limitations of traditional rail replacement machinery - namely their large size and poor adaptability to varying working conditions - and can be widely applied in all types of long rail replacement scenarios.

Previously, the company’s independently developed FGM500A rail milling train was successfully delivered to MTR and completed its warranty service with flying colors, with all operational quality indicators fully meeting or even exceeding MTR’s technical requirements — a strong demonstration of the competitiveness of “Luoyang Manufacturing” in the international high-end market. The successful acceptance of the TRT-RRT long rail replacement vehicle project marks yet another fruitful outcome of the collaboration between the two parties and adds a new case study to the global expansion of China’s intelligent rail transit equipment.
